I was on a roll today, I did my 30 minutes of cardio with Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds video, then I did Thursday's Day 5 video followed by the Challenge stretching video. Then I did the video for Day 6 but I didn't follow through with the Challenge which was limiting my caffeine. I love my coffee so I had 3 cups today-sorry but I just gotta. Then I did more strength training for about 20 minutes. Woo Hoo, Yay me!
My husband left this morning on a 2 week business trip :( so while he's gone I try to move stuff and deep clean, dust everything, scrub the bathrooms and kitchen, move furniture and clean, etc. Not that I don't clean any other time, but I can move stuff clean and If I don't get it done, I can leave it until the next day plus I don't have to stop, fix a meal, stay out of the way of the tv and things like that. Or I just may put on some music and dance around the house all evening.
Gotta go, it's time for kitty's nightly belly rub.
