Considering we've been home bound from all the snow and sub zero temps, the week has gone by fast. I couldn't believe it was Friday when I woke up this morning.
Exercising every day and being conscious of what I'm eating and doing makes the days more focused and go by faster. Getting a little more sleep helps too.
Even with the baby waking 4x last night (arg!) I feel a bit more rested than I expected because I'm eating better and more motivated to be productive today.
I got 30 min/2 miles of walking in this afternoon.
Yay for me!
