This week flew by!

Considering we've been home bound from all the snow and sub zero temps, the week has gone by fast. I couldn't believe it was Friday when I woke up this morning.
Exercising every day and being conscious of what I'm eating and doing makes the days more focused and go by faster. Getting a little more sleep helps too.

Even with the baby waking 4x last night (arg!) I feel a bit more rested than I expected because I'm eating better and more motivated to be productive today.

I got 30 min/2 miles of walking in this afternoon.

Yay for me!

    This was a strange week. All day Monday we had meetings and then Thursday and Friday were snow days. So I was able to get in lots of exercising. It felt good to have time. Great job on getting your 30 minutes in. I remember those days with the baby - exhausting.

    Good job!! I finally got back to exercising at least 5x/week again and it does make a difference in my days.

    I notice that with keeping track and working out my days are going better too, and I have alot more energy!! I can't believe it's Friday already too!
