Okay so I took a long hiatus from SP and focusing on my weight and eating right and exercising. This week, it's all back on.
Well really I'm taking small steps at a time. 1st step is to get back in the routine of exercising.
I haven't fallen off the wagon so much when it comes to what I eat. Still trying to eat whole grains, veggies, fruits, low fat. I've slacked a little on the calorie intake. Committed to changing that little by little.
I'm unsure how much time I want to put in online, with trackers, calculators, points, etc. Some of it can be too time consuming and I want to dedicate my free time to exercising, and still have time for all the other things going on in my life. I can't be sucked into SP 24/7.
I'm glad that the TRS ladies are doing a challenge cause I need community support. My rewards are to feel better about myself and not have to buy bigger clothes. Currently in a size 14. This morning was my first day back on the scale in FOREVER, 163.7, I'm setting my goal weight at 130 so a little over 30 lbs to lose. Not sure when to set my end point. Not in a total rush, just as long as I'm steadily going down and not yo-yoing.
On my 4th day this week, and so far I have been successful at doing my cardio and body sculpting stuff. Gotta get busy on today's workout! Goal is to get exercise done early (NO more procrastinating). Wish me luck!!!
