Day 5 Bootcamp

Also, do 30 minutes cardio of your choice today as well.

Your Bonus Challenge for Thursday (optional) is to also do the Lower Body Stretching Video after your Bootcamp workout. You can do it later on, but you have to make sure your muscles are already warm, so right after your cardio workout would be best! Here's the video link:

I completed today's BootCamp but I was confused - the Bonus Challenge Stretch was already included in the BootCamp video? emoticon

These would be so much easier if there was a BootCamp DVD so I could pause when I have to roll around and also to see what to do next.

Anyway, I have completed Day 5 BootCamp - video, bonus video & cardio!

    I wondered the same thing about the extra stretching video....guess they figure we can't get enough stretching. emoticon

Today's workout went fine but I'll tell ya, my abs and lower back were killing me this morning when I went to get out of bed! I didn't think I had really been able to accomplish much while rolling around on that ball but boy was I wrong!! emoticon

Ok, now onward to tomorrow!! Let's all keep up the great momentum we've got going.
