Your Bonus Challenge for Thursday (optional) is to also do the Lower Body Stretching Video after your Bootcamp workout. You can do it later on, but you have to make sure your muscles are already warm, so right after your cardio workout would be best! Here's the video link:
I completed today's BootCamp but I was confused - the Bonus Challenge Stretch was already included in the BootCamp video?
These would be so much easier if there was a BootCamp DVD so I could pause when I have to roll around and also to see what to do next.
Anyway, I have completed Day 5 BootCamp - video, bonus video & cardio!
