I am determined not to rush my way through The Spark. I am amazed at how many ideals I have already been following without knowing it!
When I read the Paragraph Breakthroughs, I knew this was my today's blog.
My Aha Moment - When I realized I could do this! Before I reached my first written goal of 165 lbs, I changed it to 148 and then dared to dream I could reach 135!
My WooHoo Moment - Being a normal weight of 135 for the first time in my memory and realizing I didn't have to stop yet, I could go lower!!
My Breakthrough Point - Knowing I could maintain ANY weight I reached!

Your Bonus Challenge for Wednesday (optional) is to eat at least 3 servings of fresh, frozen or canned vegetables today. Besides being nutritious, veggies can fill you up on fewer calories so that you're more likely to stick with your healthful eating plan for the day. Done, done, done! But I did have to modify the last plank and just do it on my elbows! I tried with the hands - just too soon for me!
