My first journal entry... Gonna do it this time

I am going to start my diet and fitness program on 9/24. My goal is to be by my ideal weight by 6/1/2007. I picked that date because it is my boyfriends birthday and what a great present to get him... a healthy, fit, and happy girlfriend. I was motivated to do this from the tv serious (the biggest loser). I hope I can do it. We will see...
