ok so i'm back thats always a good thing.....felt bad because i could not control my self last night wheni got home. Heres a little background.....i dont smoke at home never have but i have a job where the stress level is for the last 15 yrs i have smoked on the way to and from work (2 or 3 each way)..on my two 10 mins breaks (1) and one at driving has been the biggest challenge. My smokebuddy Justin and I quit together and we walk instead of smoke so that part is not so bad. So for the drive home i had 2 cp of popcorn only about 30 cal but kept me occupied while i was driving.....yes i know it beaks all the rule like no driving and eating, or just starting another bad habit...yada yada yada but its working for now. So i'm always hunger when i get i had a snack planned (2 graham crackers and glass of milk) which turned into 4oz of pulled pork my hubby saved from dinner for me and 3/4 of my brocolli my snack and extra graham cracker and a pkt of s/f hot cocco in my milk.....all in all not bad...cuz i'm not kidding i tried everything waiting 30 mins( plus a glass of water) from the meat and salad til the snack...nothing still but starving...seems like i lose all control once i get hate my job.....
