To start I did a 50 minute 4 lap walk this morning, 2.77 miles.
Then this evening I did a 30 minute Walk Away The Pounds video, followed by the Day 4 bootcamp video. All I can say is don't do this video after you have eaten dinner and already had 5 cups of water. It was uncomfortable but I did it. I will definitely re-do it tomorrow. The only part I couldn't do was the plank balancing on my hands but with practice I can do it.
I also didn't get the 3 vegetables eaten, I only got 1 carrot eaten.
For my NH team challenge, my weak spot is not eating enough calories. Even though I have diabetes and gout, I do have a difficult time eating 1450-1800 calories a day.
I did drink my 8 cups of water today
I did not get in 3 fruits either.
So that is my story for today.
