Here I am on Day 3.
For the last 2 mornings, my breakfast was-
2 egg omelet with a dash of 1% milk,
sauted onions & garlic chunks (in canola oil)
and 1 slice 2% American cheese on top.
1 slice of 7 grain bread with 1 t. butter
2 oz. total of cajun turkey & turkey pastrami lunch meats
This fills me up! Lots of protein.
After eating my WONDERFULLY DELICOUS breakfast,
I'll suck down a 20 oz. icey water. My 1st water of the day.
I use my filtered water pitcher in the frig & refill a 20 oz. plastic Diet coke bottle to put in the freezer.
I just finished eating a snack of dried prunes! This is my lunch.
I don't want to make myself eat just becuz ITS LUNCH TIME. (its 130pm).
Maybe I'll start eating my breakfast for lunch and just have a yogurt for breakfast!
