Well - I learned from my 2009 mission to loose weight that for me I have to continue to monitor my calorie intake, don't get away from exercising and when the weight starts to creap up attack it. I always learn the hard way. SP has been great and I'm looking forward to 2010 and re-dedicating myself to a healthy lifestyle. I felt I had really changed my eating habits and exercised more than I had but once I stopped monitoring I slowly went back to old habits. NOT GOOD but it taught me a lesson and I won't give up. Now I know what I need to do and I have to build a strategy to adhere to it.
Do any of you have any tips or suggestions for getting back on track and staying with it.
