Yesterday I was able to walk around at my job on my breaks and lunch hour. After work I had to buy somethings at the mall. I walked the hold mall because I was looking for this one store that I couldn't find.

Then when I came home I walked another 30 minutes. I felt great about it.

Last nite I was not able to blog because SP was working on the site.

Let's get this weight off.
