Just kidding! No sugar!
Pretty good day. Staying on track with food. When I was at spinning tonight, I visualized my secret stash of mini peanut butter cups in my desk... but I know I can't eat them!
So, that means I went to spinning. My calves have been super-sore since the Day 1 cardio workout. Usually when I have calf pain like that, spinning makes them feel much better. I don't think that it worked this time. So...
I am taking tomorrow off from cardio. I will do the Day 4 video, Day 4 optional challenge and today's optional challenge that I forgot about until just now (oops!)
I'm also allowing myself some off plan food tomorrow... just dinner... If you live near a Which Wich store, they have 99¢ sandwiches tomorrow (except for a deluxe one that is $1.99).
