Sunday I worked, so I did the day 1 video the night before. I also wrote a blog with my beginnign stats.
Day 2 did the video (OW!!!) ate all my fruits and walked for 40 minutes.
Day 3(today) did the pushups, walked 50 minutes and doing the video tonight.
The next 3 days will be interesting because I work. But I'm walking in the morning tomorrow and getting my veggies in shouldn't be a problem. I'll have to do the video when I get home from work.
Thursday I've got Yoga in the evening and as it's my 1st class, that might count as my cardio (though I know that it's not really) I might be able to walk a bit before hand though. We'll see.
Friday I will need to walk after dark or may move my cardio to Saturday morning. I'll weigh in on Saturday morning and see where I'm at.
