I actually did core exercises today I am so excited I have been putting them off for a long time with my excuses but I feel better since I have done ALL BUT ONE STRENGTH TRAINING ITEMS TODAY. I did 2 reps all of them even though my legs feel like Jello for a few minutes they are starting to feel tighter, I used to have thick calves from walking so I know that I am getting back on the right track.
I decided after the whole nutty buddy bar incident that I am going to enjoy a nice large salad tonight so I won't go over all my goals, my fat is just a little over what it should be so it makes me feel better.
I did find an interesting article today with WebMd and thought I would share it with anyone that reads my blog, so it makes me less upset with sleeping a little extra as I get up early to take 2 of my older babies potty at 3 am every morning.
Tomorrow I have my doctors appointment and will weight in as my scale is still without batteries partially on purpose so I will see if I have gained any weight in the last 2 months or if I am loosing. I would be happy to at least stay the same a pound or two difference wouldn't bother me much.
