Started the Spark Your Body bootcamp Sunday 3rd.

I'm not good at remembering to blog so I'll try to keep up with the blog updates for this bootcamp.

I started the Spark Your Body Bootcamp Sunday the 3rd and today is day 3. I have decided that if I want to watch my evening shows (Biggest Loser, American Idol) I will have to be on the elliptical at the same time. That's motivation to get my cardio portion of the bootcamp in. Watching the biggest loser SHOULD make me want to get up and do something rather than sit on the couch eating snacks anyway! And it does. Good motivation! I need this bootcamp to get back into the consistancy I need to workout everyday.
