I did good!
1. I will run 3x per week!
a. Week 1 - Run 30-35 minutes X (30 min.) X (30 min.) X (30 min.)
b. Week 2 - Run 35-40 minutes X (35 min.) X (30 min.) X (40 min.)
c. Week 3 - Run 40-45 minutes X (40 min.) X (50 min.!)
d. Week 4 - Run 40-45 minutes X (45 min.) X (30 min.) X (36 hilly minutes)
e. Week 5 (12/27 - 1/2) - X (30 min.) X (20 min.) X (~40 min.)
2. Strength train 2x per week
a. Week 1 X X
b. Week 2 X X
c. Week 3 X X
d. Week 4 X X
e. Week 5 X X
I think I am going to keep these same goals for January, plus working on my over-arching 2010 goals, of course!
I also need to work off a few holiday pounds, sigh! I am giving myself until next Monday before I move my ticker up. I really don't want to move it up, so that should motivate me!
I brought my running stuff to work today, so I am going to run before I head home (which is good - prevents procrastination!). I am hoping to run the 5k route from last week, I liked it alot! Hopefully my body will be more cooperative today.
