I am back on track with eating healthy and it feels great. Eating healthy makes such a huge difference in not only how I feel, but my mood as well. I am a happier person if I am eating good.
When I am happy and feeling good, it motivates me to want to exercise. I guess you can say that it is all connected together. If I don't eat healthy, I don't feel good, am grumpy and have no desire to exercise.
The start of 2010 is showing the promise of a happy and healthy year for me!
