Christmas has come and gone, as has the New Year.
I have done very well in not eating sweets which I am proud of. I do have self-control. I haven't been keeping track of what I've been eating for a while as I've been out of town.
While away I ate pretty good. One night I did splurge and had chicken fried steak, mashed tators and gravy. I never went back twice on the breakfast buffet and ate cereal for snacks in the hotel room.
My biggest hinderance is having chips in the house, tortilla, my fave.
I also haven't been drinking water like I should and feel it. I feel sluggish and sleepy.
For the next two months I'll be on the road between home and three other counties. I hope to pack my lunch with good food and curb eating at local eatries.
I have not set any goals persay save to watch what I eat and move more.
Everyone thinks I have a weak bladder as I'm not standing still while cooking or doing laundry or over watching TV.
I've dropped all but four of my groups. I want to be able to focus on getting into an excercise routine and not sitting here replying to posts. I find I like the "daily challenge" threads better and as such have kept those.
I look forward to this year and we'll see where I am by my birthday in Sept.
