13.1 Week 2:
Sunday: Rest - I rested a bit, I cleaned, did laundry, went to the museum, made dinner and then I rested!
Mon: Today was a scheduled 3 mile run, which I did and walked one mile after for a total of 4.02 miles. I also did 10 minutes of stretching and 50 crunches while holding weights.
I need to go to the library and get a book I've perused before and see what I can do to train better. Cuz I'm not sure what I should be doing right now....I have aches and pains....should I ice my hip? Should I alternate heat and ice? I need to have these questions answered. :)
And have I mentioned yet today that I'm STARVING!!!!!!!!
