I did the exercise video, lower body ball workout. Now I have rubber leg syndrome, LOL. I love the stability ball workouts.
For the bonus, so far I have only had 2 fruits but it's still early and haven't had supper yet.
I'll update more, gotta go fix supper now

I was looking at the list of videos for the rest of this week for bootcamp, I have done those at different times and I really like them. Can't wait!
