Bootcamp day 2

I did the exercise video, lower body ball workout. Now I have rubber leg syndrome, LOL. I love the stability ball workouts.
For the bonus, so far I have only had 2 fruits but it's still early and haven't had supper yet.

I'll update more, gotta go fix supper now

Update: I've had my 3 fruits for today

I was looking at the list of videos for the rest of this week for bootcamp, I have done those at different times and I really like them. Can't wait!

    Doing great wish I could say the same for myself. Started the new year sick and still fighting it. Not easy to work out with a headach. Keep up the great work.

    sounds like a great day so far - I did that workout and the other stability ball workout towards the right of the screen - both were great! I'll head to the gym right after work - enjoy your dinner!!
