I made it through the holidays without too much trouble. I'm grateful that I had a good mindset which I think is half the game. I stayed active and ate right, and didn't use the holiday as an "excuse" to do whatever I wanted...

I even ran on Christmas Day and New Year's Day because it was scheduled. I'm pleased I accomplished this, and am keeping my eyes on the goal.

I even ran my first 5 mile run last week, which felt incredible. I wasn't sure if 5 miles would be too much, but I was able to accomplish it by looking at it ONE MILE at a time...
