Well my first day of Boot Camp and I missed it. All is not lost though, I rode my recumbant bike at a moderate pace for 60 minutes and then rode my horse for another hour. My computer is located in my office, which is overrun with scrapbooking supplies and no space to work out in. Tomorrow morning I will rearrange some things to give myself space......
