Hi, I need to say, January 09, I weighed 210 this is the most I have weighed. I lost 18 pounds and seen 192. I really worked on eating right, and making healthy meals for myself and my Husband. I slowly got off my eating schedule, stopped logging my meals, and slowly the pounds come back, I seen 199 pounds. I have started a new 1400 calorie diet, started day after Thanksgiving 2009. I lost 1 pound a week, which is exciting to see the pounds go down, but it is slow going, and really hard to keep going this slow. I can see 195 on the scale this is great, but yes, the Holidays, it is so hard for me to not eat the big Holiday Meals we prepare in our Family. Since mom's passing, I cook all Holiday meals, so the food is so good, it is so hard to not eat. And the desserts are always to die for, and I do not want to die from being over weight. I stopped my 1400 calorie diet on Christmas Day, and for the New Year Holiday, I know I have eaten so terrible, not sure if there is a chance to go back and start all over, I guess. I know for sure I have gained back the five pounds I lost, eating very little. I hope for another chance to get my eating habits under control, it has been a battle for almost 15 years.
