short again but I've finally lost

Calories are running just under 1200 for the day again. Using the suggestion in my previous blog entry, I am going to finish off my day with a small glass of Innocent's Fruit Smoothie - I believe we have the strawberry and banana variety open in the fridge. That should just boost me up over the edge plus will give me another fruit serving.

On the better news front, I stood on the scales this morning - and finally, after nearly a month back at SP, I have dropped 2 pounds in weight.

I've decided that ultimate focus cannot be on losing weight because I become too discouraged when I don't. Instead, you will notice that my goals have to do with becoming more active and eating more healthy (for me).

  I also don't watch the scale so much, instead I go by how my cloths fit me. Instant happiness emoticon

    2 pounds down, that is awesome! by focusing on good health and good nutrition, you will continue to see the downward trend.
