Working out with a head cold

So, I got this nasty sinus/head congestion last Thursday, have been dizzy for days with the pressure, coughing and just plain not feeling well and have not done any of my workout/treadmill etc.... for several days. I'm hoping to get the treadmill workout in tonight, tomorrow but when do you push to get in your workouts when you feel crummy? Or do you workout as much as possible even if it is not your full routine till you get back on your feet?
