Back on track with a fast

Alright, so one divorce, lost job, move back to my parent's house, and the sugar marathon we know as "the holidays" later and I have officially gained 11.2 pounds from my lowest weight of 2009-120.4. I worked extremely hard for that number after having my daughter three years ago. Writing down everything I ate, working out everyday at the gym, sometimes twice!, and chugging gallons of water. Knowing I gained back what I worked so hard and so long to do is frustrating and seems nearly impossible to do again. What make me even madder is that I was 2.2 pounds away from my goal weight! Now I am 13.4! Sooooo, here I go again! New year, new me! I have different motivations this time, hello dating scene!, and I will stick to it till the end- 112! And to start my weight lose I am beginning a fast. No white flour, sugar, carbonated drinks, processed foods, and......(gasp) no chocolate!!! For the next 21 days. This all starts tomorrow, so you would think I would eat a bunch of junk today, right? I've actually been good starting out the day with strawberries, banana, and plain oatmeal with a teaspoon of brown sugar. Go me!
