January 1 I didn't do much for exercise, just some laundry. I cooked the lima beans for beans and cornbread, my husband's traditional New Years meal.
Saturday is the begining of a new week here so I started my new week/month/year out with an outside walk. 50 minutes for 2.57 miles, then did a 20 minute Walk Away The Pounds video and 30 minutes strength training exercises. I watched the bootcamp video and tried to do some of it but all that hopping and jumping around just hurt the boobs.
Today I did another outside walk and did the bootcamp cardio video so far. I am headed upstairs to do my WATP and my strength training.
