Well it is a good day to get the cobwebs down and get a move on. I went to Curves today and it felt good to realize how easy it is to get that workout done. Before I know it, I am half done and then by golly the 30 minutes are done. I am going to take a challenge and do 30 minutes at least 6 days a week, between Curves and my stationary recumbant bike...maybe a walk here and there depending on how my feet feel. I feel motivated and I am not going to over do it as I want to build on this momentum, not sabotage it with too much added too soon.
Today has been a peaceful, good day...and my husband has the leftover Christmas goodies bagged up for the freezer. Out of the way, and in small packages....manageable for the upcoming birthday celebrations.
