Chose a dance video. Those seem to do well for me right now. Really, most of them are walking in patterns, if you really think about it :-P I can set the pace....and can be more jumpy/bouncy, or I can do less. It is easy to control. The whole thing was supposed to be close to 40 minutes, but I stopped after 25. Small increases.....I WAS doing 15 minutes earlier in the week.
So I worked out 3 times this week - yay! Not for very long, but have to begin somewhere.
