I have been on SparkPeople for two years now. I didn't lose any weight in 2009 but I didn't gain but 5 pounds in 2009. The biggest problem I am having now is the exercising. I am busy all of the time cooking cleaning and this summer I canned and gardened. But it wasn't enough. I need to make a conscious effort to do cardio and strength training exercises. I don't want the end of 2010 to come and not have made any changes again.
My goal for 2010 is to lose another twenty pounds. I am finding by keeping my goal weight loss small I can keep it off better. I don't know what else I need to change other than the exercising.,. I am going to star logging my food every day again and see if the calories are where they need to be. I am eating a lot more vegetables and fruits than I have before. The processed foods are almost non existent in my house now. I make almost everything from scratch.
I am taking this one day at a time and one step at a time.
