Here are just a few of my goals for this year:
Do at least 10 minutes of fitness each day.
Meditate daily, even if it is for 1 minute.
Stop using negative self-talk (I'm really hard on myself about most things).
Manage my stress level better. To do this, I am planning on doing things for myself...these can be anything from meditating, doing a short fitness break, playing wii, reading, journaling, etc.
Use a calendar like Coach Nicole has done to visually see my streaks (highlighting the days I meet my goals). I loved her blog about this and think that will help me realize how well I am actually doing with my goals.
Continue with my no soda streak. 3+ months and going strong!!
