I am going to endeavor to have a new focus on myself. I was doing well with my diet and went of track. I am back in the swing of things and ready to push toward my goal weight by my goal date. I am also going to try to blog more consistently to help me track my nutrition and link it to my physical and emotional well being in an effort to better understand the relationship between the two. I am ready.
