Had a little too much wine lastnight and not enough water. I'm feeling yucky for it today. Even though lastnight was all yummy and fun I'm glad I don't drink and eat like that everyday. I'm not hung over or sick today...just feeling a little worn down. More water should fix me up right. I am so very happy that the parties are finally over and I can get on with a more normal schedule. I'll be weighing in tomorrow.

I took the entire weekend off from my planned schedule but did complete 1000 jumpingjacks over the 3 day weekend. I'm in my second week of weighing and tracking my food and I'm going to be honest here...I'M HUNGRY! I'm staying positive and I keep reminding myself that as soon as I readjust to normal portion sizes I'll be ok again. I just hope that full feeling comes back soon. It's taking a lot of will power to not eat more than I log.
