Make every day January 1st

Friday, January 01, 2010

As we begin a new year, I think it is important to realize that it is just another day. If we really want to change and make ourselves better weather it be thinner, heather, more physically fit, we should remember that true change is not represented by a date on the calendar. True change comes from within.

You can make everyday the first of the year with your attitude and it starts everyday when we wake up. The day before can always be last year.

You are in the right place. NOW GO!

I just think that there is an undue pressure every year to make "resolutions" . It is almost like setting yourself up to fail. No one is perfect. I'm proof of that. I think the better mindset is start everyday like it is Jan 1. Think how much energy everyone starts the year off with. Now have that every morning!
