Spiritual: Long-Read Bible in a year. Short-Read Bible every day, memorize one scripture a week and read the Bible with the kids everyday.
Family: Long-Be on time for EVERYTHING! Short-Board games with the kids once a week, home made meals at the table together at least 6 nights a week, let the kids help with at least 1 meal, snack or treat a week, read at least 2 nights a week books I have on marriage and parenting.
Physical: Long-Be down to 150 by May 22nd and get to goal weight this year. Short-Stay focused on goal, involve kids in exercise when possible, eat a lot less sugar.
I think one of the biggest helps will be to get a consistent sleeping pattern. My plan is to get up at 5:30 every morning and go to bed at 9:30 every night. That will allow me to get 10 minutes of reading and a 45 minute workout in before the kids get up. The kids go to bed around 8 so I will have another 15 minutes of reading time and another 45 minutes to exercise if I need it.
I just bought myself a watch to help me keep better track of the time. I am late way too much and need to get better at this. It is frustrating for me and for my family.
As far as my weight loss goals, I know I will be able to reach my goal if I can stay focused. I am going to track my food at least 5 days a week to start, drink at least 10 cups of water a day, and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week.
