Today is the first day I actively combated emotional eating. Remember the reality check. It's too easy to mindlessly reach for food when the stresses of work and family are overly demanding. I need to stop, think, and ask myself what it really means in the scheme of things. Go to My Favorites, and reread the article about emotional eating.
