As a part of my daily fluid intake, my Internist told me that as long as a drink was water based, I could probably count it as water. I had found that WalMart was selling the GV generic of CrystalLight and that I found it to be a great value and it was ZERO calories per serving.
As with everything else they sell under the GV brand, the packaging recently changed, but with this product, the CALORIE count changed too. It has gone up to 5 calories per 8 oz. serving. I contacted WalMart about this and here is their response.
"Thank you for your message.

I want you each to know that WalMart has added calories and I guess it's up to us to let them know we DO NOT NEED EXTRA Calories. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take a moment and let them know. Their contact info is included in the response email above.
