About 2 weeks ago, I decided a needed a break from exercising. My energy level was very low, and I felt weak physically.
I didn't know how long of a break I would take, just wanted some time to recouperate and build up some energy. During the past 2 weeks I've stayed consistent with my calories, and upped them a little bit from the previous few months.
I don't think my calorie total was too low, however maybe it was and over the months gradually wore me down.
So today I started again, 20 minutes on the treadmill, and felt good the whole workout. The test will come tomorrow morning, as that was when the feelings were the worst. Happy to be back though to exercising, missed doing it.
