    You are so Awesome, I got to goal and gained 10 back. One of my goals for 2010 is to lose that 10 pounds and maintain. Congratulations to you on maintaining your loss. You are an inspiration!! emoticon

Maintaining our losses is awesome!!

Excepting for Christmas which was a gift I gave myself, I too have stayed within 2 lbs of my goal weight!

Well done!!!

That is quite an accomplishment.

According to the literature, in the first two years after reaching goal weight, we have statistically almost 100% chance of gaining the weight back.

The next three years we have about a 70% chance of gaining it back, and after 5 years the chances of gaining it back are 50%.

Thank goodness as individuals we are NOT statistics, but living, breathing, thinking HUMAN BEINGS with free will and determination. LOL.

Congratulations on being one of the very VERY few who get there and MAKE IT STICK!

I hope to join you soon. 7.8 lbs to go...
