first i will do the thanks.thanks to everybody who answered my last blog, sorry i was too ill to get back to people if i have time will do it sometime over the next few to the update, not a good one i am afraid.still feeling ill with little energy, seem to be constantly eating to try and get energy but it doesnīt seem to be working.all that it has done is added another two pounds to the scale.something must be done i have to try and get out of this lethargy i seem to have got myself in,pull myself together and get off my butt.ayman is still not well and i have to learn to accept that and deal with it.he will always be poorly and i have to try and find some other way to cope with my worry and fears other than with husband will hopefully come back tomorrow if his father is ok.when not he plans to stay another week.but on the off chance he comes and also to celerbrate the start of a new challange and new start with the spark programm(yet again)i have treated my self to a new hair colour, debating wheather to cut my hair or not.but the hair colour is a start.also willgive the house a good do over as it has been only having catlicks so to speak while i have been ill as i didnīt have the energy for anything else.hoping by moving my butt more i might feel a bit better.thatīs the theory at there you have it my update.not the update i had hoped to give at the end of the year, though some might say it is not the end of the year yet, there is still a couple of days to go.i know but i am not going to wait till the new year to get back on track i am doing it here to another new start and a new hair colour and hopefully a new me.wish me luck, though it is not luck i need but will power and determination and motivation,so instead of wishing me luck you should wish me the above three instead,.

thanks everybody for being there for me and thanks for taking the time to read this.thanks to all you my īs to a new year ,a new me and a new you.HERE TO A NEW IMPROVED;FITTER;HEALTHIER US: emoticon

I definately wish you good luck but also the courage and determination to follow through. I feel a bit in the same situation - not problems with my children being ill thank goodness - but the diffciulty getting back on track and staying there once started again. I'm making another fresh tart tomorrow. You are right. Not good waiting until the new year. Take care and I'll be praying that Ayman gets better soon. Love, Jean

WATER! Don't forget to drink your water! The lethargy is probably depression creeping it. Is hard taking care of sick ones ALL of the time. It is normal to feel a bit put off and tired because of it! Don't beat yourself up. See that 2 pounds as a challenge being whispered in your ear. BET YOU CAN'T LOSE ME they say. I want to hear you screaming YES I CAN! Sweety, you need to take some time to find some more effective strategies to handle all of this stress. I told you before that added workouts may not be needed because of all the walking that you do but perhaps some yoga or t'ai chi or even a heavy bag might be what the doctor ordered. You need something to help you relax, to vent, to recharge. I wish that I were there or that I could atleast send you my clone. Together, we would have those sick kids tended, the house glistening, all the homemade from scratch food prepared and we'd be sitting outside sipping on some cold water laughing about the whoop arse we just did getting that house in shape! :)

Take a moment for you today! And I ADORE the idea of a new color and maybe a nice maintenance free, timeless, beautiful haircut is exactly what you need! :)

Sending you a million tiny elves to help you get it all done. Good luck my friend!
