So the plan is to get back on this whole exercise thing...I've had a solid week of downtime since I got back, so I'm due (and I'm starting to feel pretty antsy...who ever thought not working out would feel odd?!) Tomorrow morning I'm planning to kick things off with a bang...bodypump class at 8:10, bodyflow class at 9:15, and potentially a turbokick class after all that! Sounds ambitious, I know, but I'm not really all that tired usually after bodypump or bodyflow, so I think if I think of them as "warm ups" and don't push it too hard, I'll survive nicely (and all I have planned later is a movie, so I have lots of recovery time!)
New years is right around the corner, and I realized this week that I've fallen right back into my habit of putting work before fitness (meaning I tend to work a little too late and then end up not having time to hit the gym before I have to pick my hubby up from his work), so I think my new year's resolution (if one has to be made!) is going to be something along the lines of re-prioritizing that. I don't like making resolutions that are black and white pass/fail affairs (like "lose 10 pounds by March 1st for example), but I think working on priorities is a decent goal...and something I can do when I'm overseas again.
