So I checked out a new team yesterday and after perusing the "quickfire" exercises, I decided I can do this! But I can do this without needing to add another team.
I did find a new easy-to-do exercise www.fitsugar.com/1853022
and went further by also doing the kicks to the front and the front-side. Felt like I had really worked my muscles when I had done 20 of each with each leg.
Then I went further and searched to see how many "no equipment needed" exercises there are and found quite a few! www.fitsugar.com/tag/no+
