Day 2 Getting Serious & Keeping It Real

Stepped on the
this morning and am down 2lbs! I'll take it
I promised my Spark Goal Buddy that I would be using my food tracker as I decided Monday night to make it public. I just logged in my calories for yesterday. The only thing I'm missing are the cheese sauce-again I realize that sounds worse than it actually looks in person- and the sauce that the chicken was in for the lunch burrito. My goal is to get in the habit of using the tracker. I generally don't do well with this however, doing it on the internet should be a big help.
I am off today and have to get some work done on my car-if the mechanic is able to do it. Because of the snow it may depend-he does this on the side in his garage. I've been up since about 4 and I'm getting sleepy. My hand has been bothering me the last 14-16 hours which makes it hard to type. I'm left handed and it's the part below your thumb-the muscle area? I think it was either from shoveling or when I slipped and fell on Sunday night. It was sore on Monday but not as much as yesterday afternoon through this morning. I've been trying to put some ice on it.
Ok, enought babbling. My plan for today is to keep it real by being accountable in my food tracker-which everyone can see
-and also get my exercise in at some point today.
Now I know for Christmas, I shouldn't be doing too much damage. This year, we are having dinner here on Christmas Eve. I am looking forward to changing it up. The only item we've planned is grilled shrimp. My Mom & I discussed and decided that we are not going to spend lots of time focusing on what the meal is but on family time instead. Usually we would have been stressing about who's doing what or bringing/buying what. That's what we did at Thanksgiving. I have to say, I feel less stressed this time around.
