i got outdoors quite a few times today, despite the cold temperatures. i just bundled up extra before i went outside and i was just fine. my daughter insists on making things now, like hats and other crafts, and wants to give them to others she sees. so far, i have not had to bring her to the gym with me. that is a backup if she gets bored or my parents need a break from looking after her this week, while my husband is away visiting his family out of town. on the weekend, i will go to a local church and light a candle in memory of loved ones i have lost over the years. it will keep me busy and give me a chance to go somewhere different,in a different part of the city. i want to know my way around the city i live by transit. this way, i will know how long it will take me to get from my place to where i want to go and back. i may take a one day trip somewhere, just me,while my husband is away. i know that he would not want for me to get bored and turn to extra eating to pass the time. he has seen me at my lowest weight, which is what i am now, to my highest weight and he loves me just the way i am. he was getting concerned when i started having trouble with my breathing, with the extra weight i was carrying around. he is such a loving, sweet man who dotes on me and our daughter. my birds even know when he is home and when he is away. they miss him, too, as does my daughter. he phones me every day,at least once,to tell me how his day is going and that he misses both his girls. not a day goes by without each one of us telling the other i love you very much. now my daughter goes around to people she knows and says it,too. she is such a sweet, smart, active child. these days, people tell me she looks more like me. that does not bother my husband. he is so happy that we are all healthy and enjoying life. life is meant to be enjoyed. i made sure to get to the gym today, for my strength training workout. i did my cardio workout early this morning,as well as some other exercises. have a great day, all! merry christmas!
