I know that our needs are all different so I am posting this here for all to see.
My goals may not be the same as your goals! This is OK! There is nothing wrong with going for your own goals.
In keeping with my goals for 2010, I have decided to join the Spark Your Body Bootcamp Challenge and Contest Spark Team
because I really need to get serious about Strength Training. I need to make time for some serious muscle making! I also need to get over the weight thing - 120 feels great, but muscles will feel even better!
