Its been a few months hiatus from SP due to me falling off the wagon and losing the 30lb I lost earlier on this year - I was doing so well, I cannot explain how annoyed, disappointed and fed up I am with myself - however...at least now I seriously intend to do something about it. This is 10 months from a number of big milestones for me.
I have study goals, fitness goals, health goals, weight goals and personal accomplishments to achieve.
Upside is I also have a plan - albeit loose at the moment - I need to work on that too - firming up the details is a priority before 2010. Another decade is starting and this one I plan to make the most of. My 30s are going to be what my 20s should have been. And every day for the rest of my life is going to count. I want to go to sleep every night knowing I have achieved something - however trivial.
Well, thats it for now, but I am going to go to sleep shortly - hope Monday is going to be a brief one - wish I could limit it to 8 hours at work... actually - lets make that a short term goal! It can be done... if I really summon the balls to get up and walk out by 6pm!
