weekends are tough to stay on track. I can get my excercise in by walking in the morning and in the evening. But the eating part is difficult. I went to the store today and nothing looked good that was healthy and good for my diet. But everything that was not good for me looked delicious. Cheeses, sausages, dips. All the holiday stuff was out and looking good. Not sure I will make it through these next two weeks without gaining some weight back. Argh! I have the next two weeks off from work and it will be too easy to snack.
