Well here I am! Only 19 days into the real challenge, and I'm already past 1/4 of the way into my weight loss goal!!!
I haven't been very consistent with logging into SP recently, but I've been taking the lessons so far to heart. I'm watching my portion sizes, trying to sleep more, get more water, and be conscious of what I'm choosing to eat. So far it is working fantastically!
My next challenge is to start into the fitness side, as I haven't been doing that at all, and I know fitness goes hand in hand with nutrition.
