New Years Resolutions

So excited about the New Year and a Challenge on my team, Walk Away the Pounds! Really got me thinking...so here are the resolutions so far
1. Drink 64 oz of water a day
2. Walk 130 miles a month.
3. Limit salt and sugar
4. Watch portions
5. Weigh monthly and don't let the scale control me!
6. Start back to school.
7. Have more patience at home.
8. Keep an attitude of gratitude daily!
I'm sure I will come up with more before the 1st but that's it for now!
