Who knew, cooking Scallops over the Thanksgiving Holidays would be so challenging? A Friend gave me these "golf-ball size" fresh Scallops. Unfortunately, I had never cooked the "buggers," before so I put a cooking alert out on the internet and a friend sent me a recipe. And the rest is a fishy story. (Yes, I know it's actually seafood) Here is the video of the whole deep-sea adventure.
